Email Deliverability Checker
Check your domain's email authentication records and blacklist status. Analyze SPF, DMARC, MX configuration, and verify your mail servers aren't on spam blacklists.
Why Email Authentication Matters
Email authentication records help mailbox providers verify that emails claiming to be from your domain are legitimate. Without proper configuration, your emails may end up in spam or be rejected entirely.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
SPF specifies which mail servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain. It's a TXT record that lists IP addresses and domains that can send mail for you.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication)
DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks. It also allows you to receive reports about authentication failures, helping you monitor for spoofing attempts.
MX (Mail Exchange) Records
MX records specify which mail servers handle incoming email for your domain. Having multiple MX records with different priorities provides redundancy if your primary server is unavailable.
Blacklist Status
We check your mail server IPs and domain against major spam blacklists (DNSBLs). If your server is listed, your emails may be blocked or marked as spam. We check Spamhaus, Barracuda, SpamCop, SORBS, URIBL, and SURBL.
Grade Breakdown:
- A (85-100) - Excellent configuration
- B (70-84) - Good, minor improvements possible
- C (50-69) - Fair, several issues to address
- D (30-49) - Poor, significant gaps
- F (0-29) - Critical issues, emails likely blocked
